I have taught private lessons for 5 years, developing a teaching style focused on encouraging musical expression, enjoyment of the instrument, and developing musical freedom through improving technique and timekeeping. I have taught children and adults from absolute beginners onwards, and also delivered children's workshops through the West Yorkshire Playhouse, Leeds. I am a reliable, punctual teacher who is enthusiastic about inspiring my students and keen to develop their overall musicality. I am patient and willing to tailor lessons to my students needs, level of ability and particular interests.

I have been contracted for session work at several professional studios including Rockfield Studios, Wales and Miloco Studios, London, working under renowned producer Roger Bechirian (Elvis Costello, Bell x1).

I have 12 years of experience playing live with various acts, playing a diverse range of venues including University of London Union, Chelsea Football Stadium, Imperial College London, Barfly, The Cockpit (Leeds), Ealing festival, Kendal Calling. 
I also have extensive experience of playing venues across the country with music agencies including “Vibrations Music”, playing for function events, weddings and public entertainment.
