Hi, I'm Tim a professional drummer based in Leeds. I’m a graduate from Leeds College of Music with a first class degree in jazz drumming. I play professionally around the UK with many artists and function bands including Kate Peters, Backchat Brass, Chris Hilton and Firebird Quartet. 

Whether you're young or old, beginner or advanced, I’m always keen to nurture enthusiasm for drumming and help students progress to the next level. Having played the drums since the age of seven I have a wide knowledge of styles including rock, pop, blues, funk, jazz and latin. I offer a wide variety of lesson content for you to choose from including:

* Technique and rudiments
* Learning new grooves
* Working with a click track/metronome
* Soloing
* Developing the ability to sight read
* Working through grades 1-8 from Trinity Rock and Pop OR Trinity Jazz
