Andy is a well-known and respected drummer and drum tutor based in Aberdeen
in the North East of Scotland. With more than 30 years' experience in
performing live and recording with various rock bands, plus over 10 years'
experience in teaching. He has also rubbed shoulders with some of the top
drummers of the World at various clinics. Check the website for details.

Andy has always been passionate about drums since picking up the sticks at
the age of 15 and has always played in a band of some description since he
was 16. Although he always took it seriously and gave the right amount of
commitment the instrument deserves to play it properly, he still looked upon
it as a 'fun hobby' and now it has become a 'vocation' rather than a job.

At present, Andy is performing on a weekly basis around the North of
Scotland with Aberdeen based Rock Band 'Pie Shop' who he helped to form back
in 2001, alongside sharing his vast knowledge with his students through his
Tuition business.

He teaches individuals, of all ages and abilities, on a 1 to 1 basis to
'play the drums in a fun and relaxing atmosphere'.
