Rob is a highly dedicated teacher and workshop leader. He graduated from The British and Irish Modern Music Institute with a Degree in Professional Musicianship, and went on to gain a Post Graduate Qualification in Music Education.

He has a vast wealth of experience with one to one learning and group learning. Being a  Drum and Live Performance Tutor on the Chichester College Rock School Program he has also had been involved with music education at Brighton and Hove High School, BIMM Brighton and Chichester Summer Schools.

Rob has also gained a wide amount of experience of performing music, being involved with many bands and tours over his 20+ years of drumming including a number of European tours. This includes being the lead percussionist and kit drummer for the Sussex Big Band, for a number of years, as well as being the Bands President. He is the Kit Drummer for a thriving Brighton based Function Band, Bright on the Beat, and is involved with many up and coming acts including Four Dimensional Cat, and Singer Song Writer James Pirot.
