About Tom Rice

I am an enthusiastic drummer with experience of multiple genres of music, as well as experience of touring, recording and teaching. I can teach students of all ages at my practice studio, as well as travel to teach at the pupils home.

I am able to teach many aspects of playing, such as timekeeping,latin,jazz, dynamics and groove as well as more specific subjects such as hand technique,odd time signatures, double bass drum technique and open handed playing. I also have Grade 8 Rockschool Drums and a recent DBS check, so I can teach for graded exams if required.
