A Maidstone based drummer with over 10 years of playing and teaching experience. I love music and have a passion to help other people fall in love with it like I have. I graduated from music college in 2004 and since then I have been teaching drums in local schools and privately at my bands studio in Maidstone. I also have extensive playing experience drumming with an indie pop band called Kaleidophone, a local function band Cartoon Heroes as well as theatre work and dep work.

I usually teach at my bands recording/rehearsal studio and I like to tailor my lessons to the individual rather then just run a generic drum course. I like to teach drums via learning songs and encourage students to bring in ideas of songs they want to learn. All areas of drumming can be learnt this way including various grooves and fills, different styles, playing to a click track, reading music, rudiments, technique, independence, drum kit set up, maintenance and tuning.  I can also take students through Rockschool or other graded exams if desired. All ages and abilities are welcome.
