Headline tours with Drag, varied studio sessions and 12 years teaching experience have helped shape Andy Dugmore into a versatile drummer and teacher.

Known for his dynamic drumming with rockers Drag over the past 2 years, Andy and the band have played numerous venues and festivals such as Star & Gater, Sade Rooms, Percy’s Coffee & Tea House, Sound Control Manchester, Brum  Punks Picnic, Sophie Festival, Nice ‘n’ Sleazy Festival and Rebellion Festival playing alongside bands such as Dirt Box Disco, Sick of it All, Boom Town Rats, Less than Jake, The Rezillos, UK Subs, The Mis-Made, The Soap –Girls, Needle Poppets, Honey to name a few! 
Halloween 2015 Drag recorded and released a music video to help further promote the recently released album Neurotica. Furthermore in September 2015 recording was completed of Eartha Kitt single – Santa Baby which was released in December of the same year through Cleopatra Records. 2016 sees the band return to the studio to record the next album which will be released through STP records. 

Andy currently is the Musical Director for Great Barr Musical Theatre Company. This has seen Andy perform in a variety of shows which include Our House (Madness Musical), Footloose, Eurobeat, Bad Girls as well as the 2016 show Honk - The Ugly Duckling Story. This role has seen Andy use his 23 years of live performance experience to help coach and develop peoples on stage performance as well as directing the band.

With his wealth of experience and continuing environment within the music industry as well as live performances Andy has a lot to offer to a pupil within a drum lesson ranging from the experienced player to a beginner.

Andy also offers Skype lessons and tuition videos to take away and use in your own time.
