About Samantha Lawson
I have been playing the drum kit for over 20 years and during that time I have been involved and have worked with many different types of bands; residency, brass band, original music, tribute and show bands, playing large venues and outdoor festivals in addition to small venues travelling nationwide and abroad.
I wish to teach beginners only of all ages from 5 - 80, in a relaxed enjoyable environment where the pupil can feel confident and work at their own pace. I feel that I have the skills, knowledge and desire to meet the pupil’s expectations and in a very short space of time the pupil will be able to play many of today’s beats/rhythm’s which will enable him or her to drum along to their favourite tracks and to eventually gain the confidence to join a band if that is their wish.
