Adam has been a professional drummer for over 10 years. After receiving a HND in Music in late 2005, Adam has been touring the U.K, Europe and Scandinavia since then. Playing in studios, theatres and stadiums for various bands and touring acts.

Through this Adam is well equipped to offer guidance and advice on kit set-up, sounds, posture, technique, groove ideas and professional qualities needed to work with other musicians.

Adam can teach all ages from children to senior adults and has a full DBS certificate to prove this. Teaching students of all grades from beginners to advanced and all styles including Rock, Funk, Hip-Hop, Metal, Pop, Blues, Jazz, Latin and snare drum solos.

Drum lessons will usually be held from the comfort of your own home in familiar surroundings on a familiar kit, although an electronic drum kit can be provided also. All exercises and solos will be written and obtained specifically for you dependant on your needs, tastes and current ability.

Areas covered include Durham, Stanley, Consett, Houghton-le-Spring, Chester-Le-Street, Lanchester, Esh Winning, Ferryhill, Washington and all in between.

Adam can now offer an initial introductory assessment/lesson lasting approx. 30 mins for FREE. This way he can chat with you about your needs and goals, and also determine your current knowledge of the drum set and what to plan for the coming lessons so studying can progress.
